The Park Lab at the Viceroy Building
The Park Aging Mind Lab, a part of the Center of Vital Longevity, is located in the Viceroy Building, just southwest of the Dallas Love Field airport.

DRIVING TO THE VICEROY BUILDING.
From the North: Take the Dallas North Tollway or Central Expressway (US-75) south to 635 and go west. Take the 35E exit to go south. Exit Regal Row and head east. Turn right on Viceroy Drive – the second small street on your right. The Viceroy building will be on your left.
From the West: Take 183 east. Exit Regal Row and go east. Once you pass under 35E, turn right on the second small street on your right- Viceroy Drive. Viceroy Building will be on your left.
Once You Get Here.
We ask for all visitors and participants to turn into the Viceroy Building at the entrance marked by a large, silver address sign that includes a Center for Vital Longevity logo. When you pull into the Viceroy property, turn left and follow the ramp up to the visitor parking area. Please park in the spots reserved for CVL. However, if all of these spots are taken, feel free to park in any spot. Enter the building and take the elevators up to our offices on the 7th and 8th floors.
If you are participating in a study, please come to the 7th floor. When you exit the elevator, you will find an office phone. Please use the phone to call our center (our number is listed on the sign next to the phone) and let us know that you are here. Our staff will come and invite you inside.

DRIVING TO THE IMAGING CENTER.
From the North: Take the Dallas North Tollway or Central Expressway (US-75) south to 635 and go west. Take the I35E exit to go south. Exit at Inwood and head east. After passing under Harry Hines Blvd, take the first left turn possible into the UT Southwestern driveway.
From the West: Take 183 east and continue on I35E south. Exit at Inwood and head east. After passing under Harry Hines Blvd, take the first left turn possible into the UT Southwestern driveway.
PARKING AT AIRC. We offer complementary valet parking to our research participants. Drive to the front entrance of the Advanced Imaging Research Center (AIRC) building. An attendant will provide you with a valet ticket and gladly park your car. Ticket validations will be provided by imaging technicians during research studies.
ENTERING THE BUILDING. When you walk through the glass doors near the valet stand, continue past the orange sculpture and fountain. You may use either the elevators or the stairs to the right-hand side of the foyer to reach the second floor. Here, you will find the AIRC lobby and front desk. Notify the desk attendant that you’ve come for a research study with the Park Aging Mind Lab, and you will be greeted by a Park Lab research assistant to conduct the study.
