Volunteer for a Study

We currently have multiple studies in progress and we need your help! Following is a brief description of each study. Click on the name of the study for more specific information.

In this study we are looking to identify changes in brain function and cognitive function across the lifespan. Participation involves three visits, each of which will last 2-3 hours. On your third visit you will be given an MRI scan.

The Texas Twins study was designed to look at the effects genetics on brain function. As the name suggests, we are only looking for pairs of twins to participate. We need both identical and fraternal twin pairs. Participation involves completing a few short forms online and a single visit for an MRI.
