Prospective Grad Students & Postdocs
The best way to get involved in the research conducted in the Park lab is to enter the lab as a graduate student or a post doc. The variety of research conducted in the lab provides an ideal learning and research environment for both graduate students and post docs.

Graduate students must apply to the Department of Brain and Behavioral Sciences and to the Graduate College at the University of Texas at Dallas.
Funding for Grad Students
Graduate Students admitted to the department of Brain and Behavioral Sciences are guaranteed six years of financial support. Many students receive financial support from sources within UT Dallas and the department of Brain and Behavioral Sciences. This support can come through a combination of teaching assistantships, research assistantships, grants, and fellowships.
Graduate students in the Psychology department may also vie for funding from sources outside of the University. One such prestigious fellowship is the National Science Foundation Graduate Student Fellowship. The highly competitive fellowship is given to graduate students early in their career in a number of different fields, including the cognitive sciences. Another fellowship is given through the Department of Defense.

Funding for Postdocs
Interested post docs may contact Dr. Park directly. A variety of options are available to fund post doctoral research including working on one of Dr. Park's grants or applying for an NRSA (federally funded grant).
