Our Facilities
Park Lab
Located in the Center for BrainHealth, the Park Lab consists of offices for graduate students, postdocs, and staff, five participant testing rooms, and a large room for collaborative fMRI data analysis known affectionately as the brain room. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Dallas near Love Field, the Center for BrainHealth is easily accessible for our community participants, and parking is available for students, faculty, and visitors.

Just blocks from the Center for BrainHealth, the AIRC is located on the UT Southwestern Medical Center's north campus. This state of the art facility which opened in 2006 houses four Philips MRI scanners of which three have a 3T field strength and one has a 7T strength. One of the 3T scanners and the 7T scanner are used exclusively for human research.

Founded in 1999, the Center for BrainHealth aims to understand, protect, and heal the brain. The investigators at the Center hail from a variety of disciplines including neurology, psychiatry, speech pathology, and cognitive neuroscience.
